Helena is a director of General Investments and Promotions Ltd, the majority shareholder of DREAMTECH. She is also a director of Carbon Positive Services Ltd.

Helena worked for British Telecom in their UK research labs, where she headed a JV project with Microsoft on interactive and immersive media. She has also worked with Cable and Wireless Plc and Tellas SA (a subsidiary of Wind Telecoms) in strategic marketing, wholesale businesses and special projects within the telecoms industry.

Helena was a co-founder of Xintra Ltd a UK based e-business solutions company where she worked as the Strategic Marketing Director.

Helena has an MBA from ALBA (Greece) and also has a MA in Design and Development for Interactive Media from the University of Middlesex where she published a paper on Virtual Reality. She also holds executive degrees from the London Business School in Finance and Accounting, Hedge Funds and M & A as well as in Private Equity from the Said Business School, Oxford.

Yannis is a co-founder of DREAMTECH and has been responsible for sales and marketing since 1999. Over this period, he gained a deep insight on processes and requirements of shipbroking and shipmanagement companies.

Prior to founding DREAMTECH, Yannis has been project manager and technical director in a number of European research projects in the areas of telecommunications, software and quality management at major universities and research centres.

He has provided technical and commercial consulting services to major telecommunications companies, public organizations and research centers. He is author or co-author of many research papers and has been invited as a speaker to conferences in many European countries and Japan.

Yannis holds a MSc and Ph.D in electrical and computer engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has completed the Professional MBA course at ALBA and the ISO 9000 Quality Auditor course from Cranfield University, UK.

Jason holds a Diploma in Management Studies and has been involved in IT support since 1997. He began as junior IT support for JSE listed company Vesta Technologies South Africa providing network support for their clients in the Western Cape specialising in the Maritime Construction Industry. Jason has been involved in IT support, consulting and network support for SME’s in the Education, Banking, Media and Communications sectors since then.

Jason joined DREAMTECH Ltd. in November 2008 to provide Technical Support and act as liaison between CLIENTS and the Development department. He moved to the sales and customer care group in April 2010.

John is a highly experienced IT person with over 15 years in the IT sector. Has successfully functioned as IT Consultant, IT Systems Manager, IT Systems Supervisor, Senior Systems & Network Engineer, IT Executive & more.

Has the ability to apply technology, in all its forms, to business processes, including accounting & finance, facilities & inventory control, budgeting, vendor management & various other operational processes. Demonstrated ability to foresee & understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions. His experience also extends to high growth challenges, technology replacement projects, and IT process improvement. Up to date, he has delivered large projects on schedule, on budget & in alignment with corporate strategies.

John has a B.Sc in Statistics & Insurance Science from University of Piraeus, Greece. He also holds Microsoft & Cisco certifications.

Angelos has worked and gained experience on algorithms for financial institutions, software development for security systems of a leading casino in Las Vegas, high resolution photography compression for digital libraries and processing of digital speech for RealNetworks Inc.

He has also worked on projects for fleet management, automation control and digital telephony systems.

Angelos is interested in the on-going development of telematics and multimedia. He has experience in a number of programming environments such as Microsoft .NET, Delphi, Unix/Irix/Linux.

Angelos has a M.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Nevada (UNLV, USA) and also gained his B.Sc in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras, Greece.

Panagiotis holds  a degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Deree College of Athens city.  Additionally he has accumulated more than 15 years experience in the design, development and implementation of software systems for Windows. He has been involved with a number of development projects like Retail (POS) & ERP , Digital Signage, Human Resoucres, Bank Accounting (EUROBANK), Logistics.

Panagiotis Joined DREAMTECH Ltd. in March 2011 as a senior developer to provide both maintenance and development support for the CompassNG product line.

Katerina holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece and a MSc in Informatics and Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She has accumulated more than 3 years experience in the design, development and support of software systems. She has been involved with a number of development projects concerning simulation systems, image processing and renewable energy.

Katerina joined DREAMTECH Ltd. In April 2011 as a senior developer to provide both maintenance and development support for the CompassNG product line.

Panagiotis holds a BSc in Informatics and Telecommunication obtained from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has more than 5 years experience in analysis, design and development of windows based software applications using object oriented C++. He has also a great experience in database design, migration procedures and subscriber services for telecom mobile network databases. At last but not least, he is highly interested in the on-going development processes and architecture designs.  

On his spare time, he enjoys implementing web applications in OO PHP and mobile applications in Android platform.

Kostas Paschalopoulos holds an MSc Data Telecommunications and Networks from University of Salford, he hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from University of Salford.

Before joining Dreamtech, he was working as Integration and Test Engineer on behalf of Aerospace and Defense projects where he gained an experience in testing single and integrated computer systems, design, create and performing Acceptance Test Procedures.  Kostas has a significant experience in Factory Acceptance Test. He joined DREAMTECH Ltd in January 2011 as a Testing & Quality Assurance Engineer.

Konstantinos holds a Diploma in Information Systems from the Hellenic Open University and BSc in Business Administration from Southeastern College. He has been working in IT support since 1998. He began his career in LogicDIS supporting commercial and accounting applications. In the following years, he held IT support positions in Unilever SA, Shelman SA and Optisoft SA.

Konstantinos provides global helpdesk and support services for COMPASSng software. He is fluent in Greek and English.

Jonida joined Dreamtech in 2009. She was born and raised in Albania but the last ten years lives in Athens. She was graduated in 2008 with a Diploma in "Economics & Regional Development" from Panteion University of Athens,Greece.

She gained experience working on the administrative section of Hellenic Petroleum S.A. for the pipeline project Burgas-Alexandroupolis till February 2008 and then at the National Bank of Greece for 3 months. Jonida provides clerical and administrative support, either as a team or individually. Her responsibilities involve communication with clients and suppliers, as well as, co-ordination and implementation of office procedures. She also co-operates with the Sales Department.
